Helpful Information
Billing & Insurance
We are not in network with any insurance companies and do not directly bill your insurance for therapy services. Upon request, we will provide families with a receipt you can submit to your insurance if you wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement.
We accept credit, debit, FSA, and HSA cards.
Frequently Asked Questions

I work with students from 1st grade through 8th grade.
-
Generally, students are seen twice per week for sessions; however, service recommendations are individualized based on your child's needs.
-
My services are provided virtually. I am available for in-person therapy if you are close geographically.
-
Teletherapy or virtual speech therapy provides your child's intervention services via videoconferencing or over the internet. Research has shown that teletherapy can be as effective as in-person services. Using teletherapy, you won't have to leave home for your child's services, and busy schedules are easier to work around.
-
It is beneficial, especially at the beginning of services, for a parent to attend with the child. This way you, as a parent, know what is going on and can assist your child as needed. As the therapy/intervention progresses, most students become more independent and are able to participate in the sessions on their own.

I do not accept insurance at this time. If you have a documented speech/language/learning delay, it is possible to access your flex dollars with a receipt from us.
